Stress Control

This course is aimed to help people who are experiencing stress. Stress is a very common problem and can be a result of different life stresses such as redundancy, financial problems, work difficulties and relationship problems. The course runs for one hour a week for four weeks. The course will help you to explore the symptoms, causes and effects of stress and you will learn different techniques to help reduce the impact that stress has on your life.
