This course is aimed at people who are experiencing difficulties sleeping, either over sleeping or struggling to get to sleep. Difficulties with sleep is a common symptom of both stress, low mood and anxiety. The course runs for one hour a week for three weeks. The course will help you to explore the causes and effects of sleep problems and you will learn different techniques to help to improve your sleep.
