Managing Pain and Fatigue

This course is aimed at people who are experiencing pain or fatigue as a result of a long term health condition. Experiencing pain or fatigue can have a significant impact on your life; physically, emotionally, psychologically and socially. The course runs for 1 ½ hours once a week for eight weeks. The course will introduce a number of different techniques and strategies to help to improve your wellbeing and quality of life.
